By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you understand your rights under Norwegian and EU consumer protection laws.

2. Pricing, VAT & Customs
- Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT for customers in Norway and the EU, unless otherwise stated.
- For countries outside the EU: Duties, taxes and import fees are not included, unless clearly marked with Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
- Customers outside the DDP zones are responsible for paying all applicable local VAT, customs duties and handling fees upon delivery.
- Prices may be updated due to currency changes or supplier adjustments.
3. Payment Methods
We use Shopify Payments and accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure methods. Payment is charged at the time of order.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if:
- Payment fails
- Fraud is suspected
- Customer has a history of misuse
4. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Drøbak, Norway within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
- Unclaimed or refused packages will incur a return handling fee, which is deducted from any refund.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, in accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer law.
Returns must meet these conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear) if the seal has been broken.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items (Complaints / Claims)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- You must notify us within a reasonable time, preferably on the same day you discover the issue, and no later than 2 months after.
- Contact us at help@akselgresvig.com with your order number and photos/documentation of the issue.
- For valid claims, we will cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement, or full refund, in line with your legal rights.
If the complaint is not made within a reasonable time, or if the product has been used in a way that caused the damage, the right to compensation may be lost.
7. Refunds
- We refund the value of returned products excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of your return or proof of return shipment.
8. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is:
- Not picked up, or
- Refused on delivery,
we deduct both the original and return shipping costs from your refund to cover handling.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- War, strikes, or government restrictions
- Pandemics or extreme weather events

- These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
