Where is Aksel Gresvig from?
Aksel Gresvig is designed and developed in Norway, by a small team of ski enthusiasts. Our founders Nanna & Knut brought the Aksel Gresvig universe to life in 2023. Knut brings over 20 years of experience in apparel and brand development, while Nanna has spent 15 years designing high-performance fashion and sportswear known for its technical precision and refined aesthetics.
How can I know my size?
Use Find My Size, which is available on our website for each product, for a size recommendation based on your age, gender, and body measurements. Also, refer to our Size Guide available on our website for each product. Otherwise, contact our customer service team at hello@akselgresvig.com who will be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return your order after receiving the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your product Aksel Gresvig will deduct 9 EUR / 9 USD / 99 NOK from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. Normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package. Our goal is always to handle your return as quickly as possible.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but our warehouse aim to deliver in 1-4 days.
